Hazelnut Tart with Dark Chocolate and Fresh Strawberries

These tarts are really easy to make! They are no-bake and only contain ten ingredients. All you need is:

  • 1 ½ cups of hazelnut flour
  • 1 ½ cups of cacao nibs
  • 3 medjool dates
  • ¼ cups of coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup of coconut butter
  • 1 cup of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup of date paste
  • 1 cup of raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Combine the first five ingredients, press into a pan, and refrigerate. Combine the last five ingredients, pour the mixture into the chilled crust and chill. Bingo.

Raspberry Sorbet

Sorbet is a great dairy-free alternative to ice cream, and it can sometimes be healthier! This raspberry sorbet is super easy to make. All you need is:

  • 3 cups of raspberries
  • 3-4 tablespoons of agave
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice

To make the raspberry sorbet, combine all the ingredients together in a food processor. Move the mixture to your ice cream maker if you have one and follow the instructions that were given with it. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, just transfer the mixture to a bowl and put it in the freezer for 55 minutes.

Cinnamon & Sugar Donut Muffins

These cinnamon sugar donut muffins take a little more time to make, but they are so worth it! Here is what you will need to make them:

  • 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon of allspice
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¾ cup of applesauce
  • ¾ cup of sugar

For the topping you need:

  • ¾ cups of almond milk
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

To make these muffins, combine all the ingredients together, pour into a cupcake pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. To make the topping, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, once the muffins are baked and cooled, dip them into the topping!

Blueberry-Chia Ice Pops

These ice pops are a great alternative to traditional ice pops. All you need to make them is:

  • 1 cup of blueberry-chia seed jam
  • ¾ cups of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • ½ cup of fresh blueberries

Combine all the ingredients together in a blender. Pour the mixture into an ice pop mold and freeze for at least three hours.

Peach Pie Popsicles

These peach pie popsicles are the perfect summer treat, and they don't contain the amount of sugar that regular popsicles do. All you need to make these peach pie popsicles is:

  • 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 ounces of frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of agave
  • Cinnamon to taste

Combine all of these ingredients in a blender, pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 3 - 5 hours.

Vegan Coconut Doughnuts

These coconut donuts are perfect for a morning treat! Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups soy milk
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 1 oz yeast
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • Pinch of salt

For the coconut glaze, you’ll need:

  • ½ can coconut milk
  • 1 lb confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ vanilla bean

Combine the soy milk, agave, oil and yeast. Add the flour and salt, and let rise for 45 minutes. Then fold the dough and let it grow to twice the size. You can then shape the dough into bite sized balls. Let the dough balls rest for another 20 minutes, then deep fry at 350 degrees until golden. Finish with the coconut glaze!

Frozen Chocolate Monkey Bites

These bites are a fun little treat. To make them, all you need is:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • Your preferred toppings

Making these treats is easy! All you need to do is slice the bananas and insert a toothpick into each slice. Freeze for 1 hour. While you wait, melt the chocolate. After that, dip the bananas in the dark chocolate, and then dip in your desired toppings. Place in the freezer again for thirty minutes.
