With this recipe, you’ll use our  Chocolate Chunkas (chocolate chip cookies) or Oatmeal Cranberry Gems (oatmeal cookies) to create the top and bottom of the sandwich while adding some choice flavors in the middle.

What You’ll Need:

How to Make It:

  1. Start with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
  2. Flavor if desired by mixing in peanut butter or cinnamon.
  3. Spread softened ice cream into a plastic-lined pan.
  4. Freeze ice cream to a firm consistency.
  5. Using a biscuit cutter, cut ice cream rounds to match the size of a Pride Enjoy cookie.
  6. Roll the edge of the ice cream in your topping of choice.
